Turkey Sausage and Arugula Pasta

This recipe is fast, easy and filling. Three things we all need after a hard day’s work.

Ingredients:

  • 375g short pasta
  • 250g Italian turkey sausage
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1600g arugula
  • 40g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  1. Boil the pasta until it’s al dente.
  2. Cook the sausage in a pan over medium high heat for about 5 minutes. Mix in the garlic, arugula and tomatoes and stir for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the cheese, pepper and salt in a large bowl, then whisk the cooking liquid and oil into the mixture.
  4. Add the pasta to the cheesy mixture then toss it well to combine.
