Ingredients
- 1kg lean minced beef
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp medium chilli powder
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Instructions
- Add the mince to a bowl and add the ketchup. Mix throughly then add the chilli powder and herbs.
- Divide into 8 individual balls and mould until round.
- Put each one into it’s own cling film parcel and push down until it looks like a burger.
- Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours, and remove and let them get to room temperature before cooking.
- Remove cling film and grill, fry or barbecue.

Quick Notes
Use South African Boerewors spice mix instead of chilli and herbs for a sensational burger.
