Grilled Tuna with Salsa

Ingredients

Grilled Tuna

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Salsa

  • 1 red pepper, seeded and small diced
  • 1 mango, skin and pit removed and small diced
  • 4 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to its highest setting. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper and rub with oil. Grill for a few minutes on each side. For best results leave the center slightly cool and still red.
  2. Toss all the salsa ingredients together until well combined.

Sometimes the best things in life are easy to achieve. This recipe is a case in point.
