Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Salsa
- 1 red pepper, seeded and small diced
- 1 mango, skin and pit removed and small diced
- 4 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to its highest setting. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper and rub with oil. Grill for a few minutes on each side. For best results leave the center slightly cool and still red.
- Toss all the salsa ingredients together until well combined.
